I have been a customer for years and they always do a great job! I was not a fan of the colors used in this last order and when the owners heard that, they reached out to me immediately and wanted to send another arrangement. I told them this was not necessary at all but the gesture spoke volumes about how they truly care about their customers. ---- Florist's Response: Customer service is what this industry is ALL about, if your unhappy, we're unhappy...We'll fix it.
