The website is very user-friendly, making for a pleasant browsing/shopping experience. There are plenty of options in all price ranges no matter the occasion. The recipient was unexpectedly out at the time of delivery, and due to the sub-freezing temps, the order could not be left on porch. I received an email and a text advising me of the situation, and was offered options as to how to proceed. I was (am) very impressed with the whole experience, start to finish.
